Our traditional organic tomato puree is made with long-stemmed tomatoes characterized by a compact flesh with a sweet and delicate taste and a variety of round tomatoes that give a bright color and a velvety texture.
Tomatoes are cultivated entirely in Posta Faugno on fields in biological rotation and are harvested by hand in the months of July and August at the best moment of maturation, preserving flavors and nutritional properties.
Moreover all tomatoes of our preserves are cultivated according to the procedures and standards of ARMONICOLTURA® controlled in every working phase to give the product an authentic taste.
Ideal for preparation of traditional sauces with a sweet taste and a creamy consistency.
